Application
ADMISSION
Admission is based on the following:
- A personal interview with the applicant and one or both parents
- Results of a standardized entrance exam
- Previous school records, teacher, director and or principal’s recommendation

The first step in the admission process is that the parents of the applicant must pick up a copy of the application at the administration office or download from this site.

Schedule and take the admission exam. Have an interview with the principal of the division of the school to which the student is applying. For an interview to take place parents should have submitted student's transcript.

The administration office will inform the applicant's parents of the results of the admission decision. Upon notice of admission, the applicant must have ready 1. a copy of birth certificate 2. a copy of the social security card 3. Vaccination Record (Department of Health Green Form of Puerto Rico P- VAC 3 ( grades K, 2, 4, 6, 8, 10 oral examination form) 4. COVID-19 Vaccination Card
